  2. Klubmodul ApS delivers an administration system called Klubmodul, for sports clubs, associations and organizations that manage memberships, including payment of membership fees, subscription and unsubscription to teams and events, as well as purchase of products from sports clubs, associations or organizations.

  3. Klubmodul Aps provides an App for sports clubs, associations and organizations and their members. The app can be used to create teams, groups, events and more, and it provides a platform for communication between coaches and members. The app is constantly being developed and several functions not described here can be expected in the future.


Terms and conditions regarding the website and app


  1. By using Klubmodul ApS and an association, sports club or organization’s website and the app ("Website" and "APP" or "app") you agree to these terms and conditions for use of the website & APP ("Terms" ). If you cannot accept the terms, you must leave the website immediately and stop using APP and uninstall or delete the app.

  2. Klubmodul ApS and this association, sports club or organization can change the terms at any time. You should therefore visit the website regularly to see the current terms. You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time you use Website and / or APP.

  3. You are responsible for entering into all the agreements necessary for you to access the Website. You are also responsible for ensuring that any person entering the Website through your internet connection is aware of the terms and conditions and adhere to them.

  4. You are responsible for entering into all the agreements necessary for you to access and download the app. You are also responsible for ensuring that any person who is using the app through your device is aware of the terms and adhere to them.


Price and payment


  1. When you buy goods or services from Klubmodul ApS and an association, sports club or organization’s Website, your payment is deducted from Nets A / S or another approved acquirer, who at the same time ensures that your payment is transferred to the association, sports club or organization, that you purchased a product or service from.

  2. When you use a Website associated with Klubmodul to pay for goods and services etc. from an association, sports club or organization, you agree that Klubmodul ApS manages your payment on the terms and conditions stated in the terms.

  3. Klubmodul ApS and an associated association, sports club or organization can charge a fee in connection with your payment on the Website. Any fee will always be stated clearly in all places where a transaction can be made and clearly stated by all prices mentioned on the Website. Furthermore, a fee charged will appear from your receipt. Via the Website you can pay with the following means of payment: Dankort, Visa / Dankort, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Mastercard Debit.

  4. Payment for services such as subscription and team participation etc. takes place in advance. Goods purchased in the webshop are paid only when the goods are shipped og delivered.

  5. Klubmodul ApS uses DIBS A/S as a payment gateway. DIBS A/S are responsible for the encrypted transaction between your payment card and Nets / Teller A/S, or another approved acquirer. Read more on dibs.dk and nets.eu about the security of online payments.

  6. All prices mentioned on the Website are exclusive VAT as most services provided by an association, sports club or organization are exempt from VAT. Any fees are exempt as they include 25% VAT.

  7. It is a prerequisite for membership of an association, sports club or organization that you sign up for payment via Dankort or other payment cards that are approved as payment cards in Denmark by the relevant authorities.

  8. If your current association, sports club or organization offer ongoing withdrawals, you must, in connection with your first payment, confirm that the association may withdraw the membership fee from your debit card until you either change your membership or opt out of this association, sports club or organization.

  9. The amount you have to pay to the association, sports club or organization is automatically withdrawn from your payment card.

  10. You will receive an e-mail / text message 8 days before each payment, which will tell you how much you will pay.

  11. In case of automatic withdrawal on payment cards, your card information is not stored at the association, sports club or organization but at DIBS A / S.

  12. Klubmodul ApS and the association, sports club or organization use DIBS A / S, which is approved by NETS A / S for these types of transactions. All transactions are processed encrypted, therefore no card data is visible.

  13. Payment receipts are sent by e-mail. By signing up, you agree to these terms.

  14. You stop the membership and the corresponding subscription payment by contacting the association, sports club or organization. For more information search the association, sports club or organization’s website or contact the association, sports club or organization directly if in doubt.

  15. Before the expiration date of the payment card or upon changes to the card data, Klubmodul ApS and/or the association, sports club or organization will send a reminder per. e-mail. You must then pay the next subscription payment with the new payment card.

  16. Once you have received the new payment card, you must log in to the association, sports club or organization’s Klubmodul and update the card data.

  17. If you block your payment card you are responsible for making a new registration with a new payment card. This is also done on the association, sports club or organization’s Klubmodul as described above.


Rights to cancellation

 
  1. As a starting point, a member has no right for a refund on purchased services such as subscriptions, team participation and the like. (see "Lov om visse forbrugeraftaler § 18 stk. 12"). In special cases, a refund can be agreed upon with the provider of the service with the sports club, association or organization in question. In this case it is the responsibility of the consumer to contact either the sports club, association or organization that delivers the service or Klubmodul ApS Customer Service, within 14 days of the purchase taking place.

  2. If you have bought a product (t-shirt or other physical item) you have 14 days right of cancellation, the right of cancellation applies from the time of delivery. If you wish to use the right of cancellation for a product, the goods must be returned to the sports club, association or organization that delivered the goods before the expiration date of the cancellation period.


Privacy Policy

 
  1. When you use the Website, statistical data is collected. These data are completely anonymous, which means that they do not contain information that can identify you even if you are logged in.

  2. When you use the app, data such as user name, name, email and phone number are collected. These data are processed encrypted.

  3. Sensitive data, such as payment card information sent over the web, is secured using SSL encryption ("Secure Socket Layer") can be identified by the particular address in the browser beginning with HTTPS.

  4. The servers that store data about our users e.g. name, address, email etc. are stored encrypted and secured behind a firewall.

  5. We process your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act's rules on this. No sensitive information is stored about you. E.g. ethnicity, religion or race.

  6. The information you provide by using the Website and app is treated in full confidentiality and is used solely for the purposes of invoicing purchases at Klubmodul or Klubmodul vendors, as well as the posting of newsletters, push notifications and SMS messages that you have signed on for. However, newsletters can always be deselected, either via your profile or by contacting the sender. See also Pkt. 7 below

  7. As a registered user of Klubmodul, Klubmodul APP or the suppliers of Klubmodul, you always have the opportunity to gain insight into the information we have gathered about you, and you can object to a registration according to the rules in the Personal Data Act.

  8. No registered personal data is disclosed to any third party in any form at any time, unless required by law or otherwise required by public authorities.

  9. If you do not have an active registration, you can delete your profile on the association's website at any time. This will delete all personally identifiable data and anonymize data to be used in connection with history. If you have an active registration, you must contact the association to request cancellation and deletion.


Username and password

 
  1. If you wish to register for teams or other services at an association, sports club or organization via Klubmodul or a Klubmodul supplier, you are assigned a user name and a password.

  2. It is your responsibility to keep the username and password in a safe manner and not pass this information on to others.

  3. You can order a new password on the website or via the app where you have created yourself as a user.


Newsletters

 
  1. You can sign up for newsletters at the association, sports club or organization via Klubmodul.

  2. If you have signed up for our newsletters, we will send it to you by email to the email address you provided.

Cookies

Like many websites, we use "cookies" to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your computer's hard drive for registrational purposes.


We can use both "session" cookies and "persistent" cookies on the website. Session cookies will be deleted from your computer when you close your browser. Persistent cookies remain stored on your computer until deleted or until they reach a specific expiration date. We use session cookies to see which pages you visit on the website and to prevent fraud and increased website security. We use persistent cookies to recognize you when you visit the website and to keep track of your preferences in relation to your use of the website.


We use Google Analytics and other analysis software to analyze the use of the website. Google Analytics generates statistics and other information by using cookies stored on the users' computers. The information generated in connection with our website is used to create reports on the use of the website. Google will store this information. Facebook Plug-in

We use a "plugin" from Facebook (Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave., Palo Alto, CA 94304 USA). Personal data is transferred to Facebook via the plugin and used. We prevent unconscious and unwanted capture and transmission of data via a 2-click solution. This means that the plugin is not activated until you click it. This opens up for the collection and transfer of data to Facebook. We do not collect personal data via the plugin.


Note: The type and amount of data usage collected through the plug-in is determined by Facebook alone. We have no control over what data an activated plugin detects and how Facebook uses it. Information about this can be found in Facebook's privacy policy.


It is expected that at least your IP address and device related information will be collected and used. Technically, it is also possible to install cookies on your computer. If you are logged into Facebook using the same computer while using our website, Facebook can identify you as a visitor to our website.


We use the plugin to make it possible to link login to profile with a profile on Facebook, so that Facebook login can be used to log in to one's profile on the website and in the app.


When connecting to Facebook, Name, Email and Profile picture are read from Facebook. These informations are not saved, but can be used to create a profile.


Once connected, consent can be withdrawn on one's profile by disconnecting the profile from Facebook or deleting the profile.


Facebook Pixel

We use Facebook Pixel for advertising on Facebook. The pixel ensures that advertising is targeted at relevant people and at the same time measures the effect of the announcement. Therefore, as a visitor to klubmodul.dk and Klubmodul managed websites using Facebook, you can experience ads from klubmodul.dk. Facebook Pixel matches your information from your visit to klubmodul.dk, including IP address and device-related information, with Facebook's own data to identify your Facebook user and in this way target advertising. For more information about how Facebook processes data, we refer to Facebook's Data Policy.

  3. Klubmodul ApS and the present association, sports club or organization can in no case be made liable for the use of the Website, the App or Klubmodul in general.

  4. We take reservations for keystroke and price errors incorrectly stated times and locations.

  5. Klubmodul ApS and the present association, sports club or organization do not guarantee that the Website and the App and any advertisements made available of any kind are error-free, accessible, accurate, reliable, up-to-date, secure, delivered on time or can be used for the stated purpose.

  6. Although Klubmodul ApS strives to ensure that the information on the Website and the App is correct, we do not promise that they are accurate or complete. Klubmodul ApS and the present association, sports club or organization can make changes to the material on this Website and in the App or to the services and prices described at any time and without notice. The material on the Website and the App may be out of date, and Klubmodul ApS and the present association, sports club or organization do not commit to update the material. In particular, it cannot be guaranteed that the information provided and displayed by the association, sports club or organization’s on the Website and the App, such as descriptions, prices and expected times are correct or updated.

If you want a refund on a service provided by an association, please contact Customer Service as described above and Customer Service will then contact the Association and request a report on your behalf. Please note that Klubmodul ApS does not control the associations and the quality of services or the service provided by this association, sports club or organization. Klubmodul ApS cannot guarantee and is not responsible for giving you compensation on behalf of the associations. Klubmodul ApS will assess the individual cases if they should arise and in cooperation with the supplier find a suitable solution. Klubmodul ApS, however, encourages, and recommends that you contact the association directly yourself and try to investigate the circumstances.

  11. You are responsible for the security of the password you use to register on the Website and the App. Unless Klubmodul ApS or a sports club or association discloses your password to third parties through negligence, Klubmodul ApS and the association, sports club or organization are not responsible for any unauthorized transactions made using your name and password.


Customer service


  1. In general: Customers and users are very important to us, we will go very far to address any problem encountered. According to §10 paragraph. 9 above, Customer Service will, as far as possible, try to help you if you have problems with your registration / booking. You can contact Customer Service by clicking on the contact or selecting "Help" or a similar button, or by calling the phone number listed on the Website.

  2. Questions for your registration or booking: If you have any other problems with your registration or booking, please contact Customer Service as described above and Customer Service will then attempt to contact the Association to follow up on your request.

  3. Changing or canceling your registration or order: If you wish to cancel or change your registration or order after it is submitted and payment is approved, please contact Customer Service as described above and we will attempt to contact the association and notify then of your wish. However, there is no guarantee that Customer Service can get in touch with the association or that the association accepts your wishes. Klubmodul, however, encourages and recommends that you contact the association yourself and try to find a solution, as it is the associations that are responsible for planning etc.

  4. Complaints and feedback: If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service the present association, sports club or organization has provided, you can provide feedback to Klubmodul ApS by form of notification, comments and reviews that reflect your experience.

  5. Compensation: If you are not satisfied with the quality of a service provided by the association, sports club or organization and you want to be refunded or get a proportionate discount in the price or other compensation, please contact Customer Service as described above and Customer Service will then try to contact the association and ask for compensation on your behalf. Please note that we do not control the associations and the quality of services they provide, and we cannot give and are not responsible for giving you compensation on behalf of the association, sports club or organization. Klubmodul, however, encourages and recommends that you contact the association yourself and try to investigate the circumstances.


Force Majeure


  1. Klubmodul ApS is not responsible for any failures or delays in fulfilling any of our obligations resulting from events beyond our reasonable control (Force majeure).

  2. Force majeure includes any action, event, lack of event, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes (without limitation) the following:

(a) strike, lockout or other collective action.

(b) civil unrest, rebellion, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat of or preparation for war.

(c) fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, collapses, epidemics or other natural disasters.

(d) making the use of railways, ships, aircraft, car transport or other public or private means of transport impossible.

(e) making the use of public or private telecommunications networks impossible.

(f) the actions, decrees, laws, regulations or restrictions of the government.

  1. Our fulfillment of a contract is deemed terminated during the period of the Force majeure event and we will postpone any actions and obligations for the duration of the period. We will do our best to end the Force majeure event or find a solution whereby our contractual obligations can be met despite the Force majeure event.
